Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Vylo order. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email vylo.officiall@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. Tags and original packaging must be included where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened, worn or used. This includes earrings, pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, opened beauty tools, and any sealed hygiene item once unsealed, unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
