Shipping Policy

Vylo currently delivers to customers in the United Kingdom.

Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Estimated UK delivery is usually 5 to 10 business days after processing.

Standard UK delivery is calculated and shown at checkout. Any free delivery promotion, if available, will also be shown at checkout before you pay.

Some items may be shipped directly from our supplier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, supplier delays, customs processing or carrier disruption.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If an order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
