These Terms of Service apply when you visit or buy from Vylo.

Vylo sells womens fashion, jewellery, accessories and selected beauty related items to customers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Product images, descriptions, prices and availability may change. We try to display products accurately, but colours and sizing may vary slightly depending on screen settings, supplier information and product batches.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product information error, or if an order appears fraudulent or abusive.

Prices, delivery costs and any taxes or charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some orders may be fulfilled directly by supplier partners. This does not affect your rights as a customer.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

You may not misuse our website, copy our branding or content without permission, or use our store for unlawful purposes.
